When you complete your Distance Learning payment via PayPal, we will email you the information you need to request your Distance Learning telephone consultation with an online scheduling request. We typically can schedule your consultation within 10 days of your request provided you have requested a range of preferred days and times that match our availability and with enough advance notice to accommodate the scheduling process. We try our best to schedule all Distance Learning consultation requests within one week of receipt, but if you have not received a reply within that time frame, please contact us about the status of your scheduling request.

Some students prefer to schedule their telephone consult right away, while others prefer to study the materials and practice for a month or two before supplementing their at-home training with their dog behavior training consult. If you have not yet scheduled your Distance Learning consultation and you cancel your subscription to MyDogTrainer.com, you will not be able to schedule a telephone consultation.
