Our Distance Learning telephone consultations offer personal dog training and behavior consultations with Training Director Moc Klinkam while you and your dog remain in the comfort of your home. A Distance Training telephone consultation can assist you with basic behavioral and training issues, and all-breed puppy basics, socialization and environmental conditioning, housetraining, crate training, puppy mouthing/biting, selection and use of training equipment, drive fundamentals, introduction to operant conditioning and behavioral shaping, separation anxiety, barking, chewing, introducing a new dog, and many other topics that can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming for the novice dog owner in need of immediate assistance.
You can easily supplement your online dog training courses with a Distance Learning dog training and behavior consultation. Your telephone consultation can assist you with basic behavioral and training issues, and all-breed puppy basics, socialization and environmental conditioning, housetraining, crate training, puppy mouthing/biting, selection and use of training equipment, drive fundamentals, introduction to operant conditioning and behavioral shaping, separation anxiety, barking, chewing, introducing a new dog, and many other topics that can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming for the novice dog owner in need of immediate assistance. When you enroll for a Distance Learning telephone consultation, your enrollment includes a free subscription to your first month of access to all MyDogTrainer.com online dog obedience training courses.
You can schedule your Distance Learning dog training telephone consultation at any time while you are subscribed. During your Distance Learning telephone training consultations, we'll review your dog's behavioral modification and bedience training status and progress, discuss any questions or concerns, and recommend the online dog training plan that will best support your at-home training and behavioral management activities.
More advanced behavioral management and training requirements or complex behavioral issues such as fearfulness, injurious or destructive separation anxiety, compulsive behaviors, resource guarding, or aggression, may require additional dog behavior training consultation. We'll review your behavioral modification and obedience training goals during your initial telephone consultation, and start you and your dog with your at-home behavioral modification and training plan.
We find that most students prefer to first complete the online training lessons, and then schedule their supplementary telephone consult to address specific training and behaviorial issues. However you are welcome to schedule your phone consultation first and then complete your online dog training studies following our telephone consult. Distance Learning is available to subscribers residing in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
